Some people and car makers refer to in line dual turbos as bi, and parallel as twin. The parallel setup is usually identical turbos each running half the cylinders where they are more fitted to be called "twin". Of course, only some of them consider it that way, the rest consider it just two names for the same thing and would use it in either setup.
